The 5th partner meeting of the TTT4WBL project was held in Kaunas on June 10-11. The aim of the meeting was to review the accomplished tasks and to plan the activities for the final year of the project.
On the first day the partners discussed the 2nd Progress Report with the feedback from EACEA including positive aspects, critical remarks and recommendations for improvement. Preliminary research results were presented by JAMK, they will be taken into account in all remaining project activities. Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts presented their methodology of mapping SMEs clusters around VET schools. Baltic Bright reported on elaborated training programmes and materials, a toolbox of methods will be put together and made public. The Latvian Ministry of Education and Science provided feedback on the elaborated WBL trainer’s competence profile and presented an assessment of policy impact of the TTT4WBL project stressing the importance of Baltic cooperation.
The second day of the partner meeting started with the workshop “How to make project results more visible and sustainable?” by Saulius Kromalcas. The following session was also dedicated to project dissemination activities – all partners shared their past and planned activities, the Latvian Ministry of Education and Science gave an overview of the project dissemination tasks and presented a draft concept for organizing the final project conference in Riga in January 2020. The project quality assurance measures were presented by Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts and Vidmantas Tutlys – the external expert from the Vytautas Magnus University. The closing session of the partners meeting was dedicated to discussing the activity plan for the final year of the project.
