The project and research were presented at Nordic conference of Vocational Education

The Nordic Research Network on Vocational Education and Training organized its annual conference NORDYRK2019 this year in Helsinki, Finland in June 12th-13th. The conference is a meeting place for those who are involved in research and development work in the field of vocational pedagogy and didactics.

The conference gathered together almost 160 participants from the Nordic countries.

Under the theme “Learning and working life competencies in a future perspective – challenges in professional education” the conference covers several interesting topics such as Cooperation between participants in different arenas (teachers, trainers, etc.) as well as Vocational teachers role between school and workplaces.

The TTT4WBL research partners from JAMK University of Applied Sciences participated in the NORDYRK2019 conference. They presented the TTT4WBL project and the research results on the first conference day in one of the five workshops.

The workshop participants asked questions e.g. about the differences between the Baltic countries and the meaning of the research results for different levels of WBL development.  The 30 workshop participants were given the TTT4WBL brochure and the latest project newsletter.
